From now on you’ll be able to send not only emails but also SMS notifications to your clients to communicate an appointment was missed (no show) or completed.
To set up this feature, simply go to Settings and, in Notifications, check the second box to allow phone messages for the following:
- An appointment is marked as completed
- An appointment is marked as no show
Check notes about clients directly from your calendar view
Agendize has made possible to view the notes you include in each client’s profile or appointments from your calendar. By this way, all your staff is aware of important issues before the customer comes in!
Sort the services in the free reservation mode
We now offer you the option to customize they way your clients see services on the "free mode" option of your scheduling widget. Check here how it works:
- Sort your services the way you like
- Your clients can book an appointment using the free mode option
- They will see the services the way you selected
