You have probably more than one employee using the Agendize platform in your business and, so, mishandling customer data can happen.

To avoid this problem, we have strengthened our security system.

Whenever a user wishes to delete important data, such as, for example, erase a crew member or an equipment rental appointment (which would delete all data about this person), a clear message will be displayed. If the user really wants to delete the information, he will have to check the box to confirm his desire to do so.

Thus you avoid deleting sensitive info and gain in efficiency.
