Can you explain your activity?

My name is Patrick Lecomte, manager of Lecomte Prestige and Siligom at Chapelle Saint Luc. We have been present in the Troyes region for 30 years and specialize in tire, mechanical and car maintenance as well as in the Covering Car.

How do you manage your appointments today?

Our customers contact us mainly by phone and word of mouth. Brand image is important for the company and the customers know us mainly by notoriety and our price positioning.

Our pneumatic referencing with Siligom brings us visibility on the web. Locally, we offer even more aggressive prices on the tire because we want to increase the traffic of our workshop. The management of this traffic and the availability of the workshop are also managed by Agendize.

How do you benefit from online appointment scheduling?

Accepting appointments online allows us not to answer the phone automatically.

We have a very large volume of calls and we are already very busy preparing quotes. Being able to book an appointment online for tire services, air conditioning, and other repairs, are always appreciated by both our customers and staff

The tool is so interesting that we decided to integrate it into our new concept of car maintenance and repair at home. The goal is to simplify the process and save time. If your car is down or immobilized, we intervene on site to make the diagnosis and repairs, no need to use a tow truck, which saves you a tow. Revision, maintenance, emptying, filters, braking, distribution, shock absorbers, repair or change of tires, we take care of everything.

How do your customers have access to online appointment scheduling?

The tool is integrated on our website and our business cards via a QR code. I prefer, however, the face to face to communicate on this tool. Little by little, appointments are automated and my clients communicate about this service around them. In summary, I take the time to explain to them and my clients are my best ambassadors.

Did you have any fears before implementing the solution? 

My main fear was, like many other programs, a waste of time in understanding and setting up the solution. In fact, the handling is fast with the integration of these services. The time taken to set the solution to his job is an immense time saver thereafter. As explained before, we have integrated it into our new local concept of home auto repair.

What do you prefer about the solution?

Ease and modernist. I advise this service to everyone because it allows a real time saving for users.
