Job Description

Agendize is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our innovative and solution-driven company. 

Agendize is a world-leading provider of Appointment Scheduling & CRM applications for professionals and SMBs as well as enterprise and franchise clients.  We have offices in Montreal, Mexico and France as well as our newest office is located in downtown Petaluma, California, just 1 hour of San Francisco. With over 50 employees globally, Agendize’s US presence is slated to grow dynamically as we seek to accelerate the deployment of our technology with digital agencies through which Agendize has already demonstrated tremendous success (growth of users over 1400% in the last 12 months). 

Our integrated suite of apps help businesses generate higher quality leads, improve business efficiency and customer engagement and, ultimately, increase revenues. Agendize apps include online scheduling, callbacks, live chat, dynamic forms, queuing management, email and SMS marketing, an integrated CRM and more. The Agendize solution is highly regarded by digital agencies and other VARs because of our industry leading technology. The Agendize platform is adaptable across all verticals, available at a low-cost and on a white-label basis with APIs that enable the business to easily enhance the functionality of their system, as required.

Responsibilities:

As a Technical Project Manager, part of our Customer Success Team, you will:

  • Assist our partners in implementing Agendize into their marketplaces
  • Implement Agendize for the use of our big accounts
  • Provide excellent customer support and training to our US / Canadian customers
  • Be accountable for the quality and timeframe of implementation projects
  • Provide a report on a regular basis to our customers
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge, especially on integration possibilities 
  • Report project progress to your manager
  • Provide our partners and customers with the necessary material to help them grow their business with Agendize
  • Ensure a proactive communication towards our customers
  • Follow-up on bug fixing and feature release with our customers
  • Communicate customer feedback to product and marketing teams in order to develop processes and adapt the product for better serving customers.
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date customer documentation, both generic and white-labeled
  • Serve as liaison between customer success team, management and customer to improve customer experience and business productivity.
  • Develop customer success programs and processes in order to provide outstanding service.

 

Required skills / Experience:

  • Familiarity with technical concepts and ability to learn quickly
  • Familiarity with API
  • Familiarity with html / css / javascript
  • Exceptional phone, written and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, upbeat, highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Obsessively organized and capable of handling several projects simultaneously
  • Resourceful and curious individual with a sharp intellect and the ability to pick things up quickly
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Project Management role in a SaaS company is a plus

Required education and/or experience:

  • Computer Sciences degree
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Project Management role in a SaaS company is a plus
