We’ve heard your feedback and went straight to work. One of our main priorities is to offer you a positive and fun experience with our conversion tools and unique platform. This is why we’re super excited to announce our latest back office improvements.  Ta-da…!

You’ll find it way easier to manage your buttons and actions with the new navigation bar on the top of the page. We narrowed down the long list of options. Our fantastic four tabs include: Dashboard, Create Button, Analytics and Operations. FYI, the Operations tab is where you should click to access all Live Chat consoles, comments moderation and online scheduling.

Have you noticed the new Accounts drop-down menu on the upper- left corner? You can swiftly change between multiple accounts without having to log-in and out each time. Like usual, you can add as many accounts as you like free of charge. Adjust your Accounts’ permission settings  to limit access and actions for specified users. This feature is especially convenient for all of you who manage multiple chat operators.

The Account Settings page has experienced a major makeover too. We’ve conveniently linked all Payment options (balance, transaction history, billing info), Access & Permissions (create a new user account) and Applications (API Keys) — all accessible from one page.

Unfortunately, you don’t get to see this if you’re an existing user, but we’ve saved the Welcome Page for all of our newcomers. By following the links, we help teach newbies how to create their first button and manage accounts in no time. Don’t feel bad. You can always take a peek of the Welcome Page if you get a friend to sign up (and look over their shoulder ) :)
